NBA rumors: How is Nets Kevin Durants recovery going? When will he return from Achilles injury?
Kevin Durant is recovering from a torn Achilles tendon.
Its been a long time sinceKevin Duranthas played in an NBA game after tearing his Achilles tendon in the 2019 NBA Finals, while a member of the Golden StateWarriors. But, how is his recovery going and when will he return tothe Nets?
YardBarkerprovided an answer on Monday.
Durant ruptured the Achilles tendon in his right leg during Game 5 of the 2019 NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Toronto Raptors, which has left him sidelined for the entirety of the 2019-20 season. But with the NBA season on pause, is there a chance Durant will return to action?
Honestly, its not very realistic from my standpoint, Durants agent Rich Kleiman said, according to ESPN.And its not even spoken about. It clearly was not something that was in the cards prior to all this.

Durant got his wish when he was shipped from the Golden State to Brooklyn via a sign-and trade last summer.
Hes no longer burdened with championship expectations (or the overshadowing popularity ofStephen Curry).
He got the proverbialmonkey off his backby infusing his talents with an already-historic team, winning two titles in three years when it seemed he could retire without one.
Theres nothing preventing him from taking his time, healing properly and returning to the floor resembling the all-time talent he was when he left.
