12:20 p.m. It appears this will be the entirety of the Andre Iguodala trade barring any late changes. The Grizzlies didnt acquire a draft pick, but Justise Winslow could be a solid piece of their young core if he stays healthy.

Miami has agreed to trade Justise Winslow, Dion Waiters and James Johnson to Memphis for Andre Iguodala, Solomon Hill and Jae Crowder, league sources tell ESPN. No picks in the deal.

If Miami and Oklahoma City could reach a deal on Gallinari, theres still time to make this a three-team trade — but those talks are fully stalled, league sources tell ESPN.

Miami, Memphis and Oklahoma City are working on an elaborate three-team deal that would land the Heat both Andre Iguodala and Danilo Gallinari, league sources tell ESPN. Talks are ongoing and could extend into Thursday, sources said.

Heres one key to getting this three-team deal done and Gallinari to Miami, league sources tell ESPN: Can OKC get Miami to lift the protections on a 2023 first-round pick the Heat owe the Thunder? The pick was originally protected in the top 14.

The Warriors are expected to hold Glenn Robinson III and Alec Burks out of tonights game in Brooklyn in anticipation of trading one or both before Thursdays 3 PM ET deadline

5:30 p.m. Lets get a little Lakers guard action going. Well, sort of. Nothing feels imminent as of Wednesday night.

1:20 p.m. After firing team president Steve Mills, the Knicks have softened their stance on Marcus Morris. A Lakers deal could be in play with Kyle Kuzma at the center of a trade package, but as SNYs Ian Begley reports, were far from anything being finalized.

Worth noting on Knicks-Lakers trade front: in conversation between the two teams that took place before yesterday, Allonzo Trier and Alex Caruso were among the players brought up, sources say. Talks didnt advance at that point. More here:

11:15 a.m. While DAngelo Russell has been one of the bigger names thrown around in trade talks, it wouldnt be a surprise if he stays with the Warriors past the deadline. There is always a chance the Timberwolves re-engage if they are in Russell-or-bust mode, but that doesnt seem to be the case as of Wednesday morning.
